Eco-Friendly Cell Counter

A Halo Counter saves thousands of slides per year, reducing the lab's costs and white plastics pollution in a significant way. It's innovative sample stage technology eliminates disposable plastic slides, and allows a rapid workflow of up to 8 samples at the same time. Works through direct pipetting, counting and one-wipe cleaning.

The Halo Counter offers precise cell counts for mammalian cells, but also small cells like algae, yeast and many bacteria. Up to 8 samples can be processed at the same time. As an absolute novelty, with the optional Halo BOX you can count adherent cells and run cellular asseys in microtiter plates. And all that for an amazing price.

How do we avoid plastic consumables?

Sample and dye are directly applied to the Halo Counter's glass sample carrier, and wiped clean with a tissue after counting, ready for the next round.
