High-content live cell analysis inside your incubator

Capturing every event of cell analysis

The EOS systems integrate high-performance, high-precision hardware with control software to efficiently capture cellular changes in the incubator. It captures high-resolution images and records data for long periods, and allows to observe and quantify biological changes. It enables obtention of meaningful insights from gene expression, protein synthesis, and signal transduction. It is compatible with 6-384 well plates and various culture vessels. It offers precise imaging support whether it's observing 2D cell cultures or analyzing organoid construction, everything for an amazing price.

Streamlined Operational Workflow: intuitive interface with step-by-step guided setups and preset algorithms. You can preview fields to eliminate experiment uncertainties.

Simultaneous Imaging & Computation: The software processes images and runs algorithms at the same time, delivering real-time, dynamically adjustable analytical results, charts, and time lapse videos.

Intelligent Automation: Incorporates deep learning for autofocus and exposure adaptation, to prevent image shaking, defocusing, or position shifts during long-term imaging.

Advanced Cell Counting & Segmentation: Eliminates errors caused by cell overlap, complex morphology, or background noise that traditionally interfere with standard counting methods.

Fragile Cell Protection: Includes a near-infrared detection channel that causes minimal damage to cells.

Applications

Analytical applications

  • Organoids: cultivation and observation of organoids, monochrome and multi-color
fluorescence analysis of organoids, monoclonal observation, and 3D tumor spheroids.
  • Cell viability analysis: cell counting, cell proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, and
    neuronal cell analysis.
  • Gene expression: transfection efficiency and reporter genes.
  • Cell migration and invasion: transwell assays, cell migration, scratch assays, and
    chemotaxis.
  • Cell functions: immune cell clustering, immune cell cytotoxicity, antibody
    internalization, phagocytosis, and angiogenesis
